Big Systems offers FREE ground shipping for printer supply orders of $2,000 or more using UPS ground, SpeeDee Delivery Service or LTL freight shipping. Orders under $2,000 will be charged standard UPS ground or SpeeDee Delivery service rates. We choose the carrier based on delivery location, package size, weight, and delivery type. Orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day they are placed.

Printer ink ships free in the continental U.S. when ordered on our website.

Due to current circumstances shipments are no longer guaranteed by UPS or SpeeDee at this time. All our carriers are experiencing delays since the beginning of the pandemic. Deliveries may take more time than usual. Please plan and allow extra time for shipments to arrive. 

Standard shipments do not include Saturday or Sunday delivery. Standard deliveries occur on business days (Monday-Friday). Express shipments have an added surcharge to deliver on Saturday. If your order requested expedited freight service, the rate is enforced by the carrier, even if unforeseen incident, schedule delay, or weather impedes delivery.

Wide format printers ship using common carrier/LTL. If your location does not have a delivery dock or is a residence, a lift gate charge will be applied to your order. A special truck with a lift gate is required to unload the printer to your curb. Very large equipment may not qualify for liftgate service if it exceeds the capacity possible.

In-stock items ship within 24-48 hours during the business week. Delivery is typically within 2-4 business days in the continental U.S.

Orders with more than one item shipping to the same address may arrive in separate boxes to allow our customers the fastest possible delivery service. Our cutoff time for same day shipping is 2 p.m. CST Monday-Friday. The cutoff time may vary depending on holidays and weather.
